We hope that you adore what you ordered from State Cashmere but, in the event that you don't, we've made it quick and easy to return the items you don't want.
State Cashmere only accepts returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged (except for defective products) with original hang tags and packaging.

Once your return is approved, you would get an email notification with the prepaid shipping label.
Please note that a $8 Restocking Fee will be deducted from the refund if you choose to receive the refund through the original payment method.
You could get a Full Refund if you would like to get refunded by store credit.
All the extra fees for Expedited shipping or Priority shipping is non-refundable.
After we receive the returned items, please allow up to 2 weeks to process the refund.

For now, all international orders are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Currently, we only offer exchanges for defective items. We highly recommend you choose to get refund by store credit and place a new order for the items you want to exchange for. If you have special needs for exchanges, please contact our customer service team firstname.lastname@example.org.
