Returns

We hope that you adore what you ordered from State Cashmere but, in the event that you don't, we've made it quick and easy to return the items you don't want.

DOMESTIC RETURNS

State Cashmere accepts returns within 21 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued in the form of which payment was received. Please note: We do not refund shipping charges. Customer must assume shipping and handling costs back to our facility.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

State Cashmere does not support international return labels at this time. All international sales are final. Please contact support@statecashmere.com if you need further assistance.

HOW TO RETURN ITEMS

For all domestic returns, the customer needs to submit a request for a Return Authorization (RA) by emailing support@statecashmere.com with the order number, Monday to Friday from 10 am to 5 pm EST.

We would reply you with RMA number and the shipping label. Print the shipping label and stick it on the package before you send the unwanted items back. 

EXCHANGES

State Cashmere does not accept exchanges.
Customers will follow the return process (stated above) for their unwanted product and will need to place a new order for the desired product.
