When you order from us, here's what you need to know.

Shipping to All 50 States

We're committed to sharing the extraordinary softness of cashmere with everyone across the U.S. Unfortunately, we're unable to ship to P.O. boxes and international territories at this time.

Shipping Times

Although our cashmere originates from Mongolia, our products ship promptly from the U.S.

  • U.S. Domestic Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days* (includes handling time)
  • U.S. Domestic Priority Shipping: 2-3 business days* (includes handling time)

All orders to Alaska/Hawaii/U.S. Territories will be shipped via standard shipping and will take up to 21 business days.

All domestic orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

Orders placed during the weekends and select holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Costs

  • U.S. Domestic Standard Shipping Fee: $6 per order. Enjoy free standard shipping for all U.S. domestic orders over $99.
  • U.S. Domestic Priority Shipping Fee: $15 per order.

Order Tracking

Expect a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.

Returns Made Easy

We hope you love the unparalleled softness and quality of our cashmere. However, if they're not quite right for you, all purchases may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unaltered (except for defective items). You must include any original packaging plus all tags or boxes.

Start a return. 

  • Return Methods: Choose between a full refund in store credit or a refund to your original payment method from which a $8 restocking fee will be applied.
  • Return Label: Upon receiving your return request, we'll email you a return label (via USPS priority mail). Print it out, attach it to your package, and send it back to us.
  • Processing Time: Please allow several business days for our return center to process your return after the tracking information shows "delivered." We'll send you a confirmation email once your refund is issued.
  • Note: Orders placed with gift cards or store credit cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged Items

In the rare event of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact support@statecashmere.com with:

  • a photo of the damage or the wrong item you received
  • your order number
  • your current shipping address

Let us know if you'd like a replacement or a full refund in store credit. We're here to make it right.

Changed Your Mind?

If you would like to exchange the item for another size or color of the same style, you can request a store credit refund. Once the return process is complete, you can then use the store credit to purchase the desired size or color.

Gift Returns

To return a gift, simply contact support@statecashmere.com with:

  • your name
  • your email address
  • the order number (if known)
  • the name/email of the person who ordered the gift

We'll send you a prepaid return label to ship the gift back to us. The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unaltered. Once received, we'll issue a gift card equal to the gift's value to your email.
