Tracking Your Order
All packages are insured and have a tracking number so the package can be traced. As soon as your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number. You can click on the link in your shipping confirmation email to locate your package.
Shipping and Warranties
State Cashmere ships to all 50 United States, but unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 1 business day from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days.
For your protection, all orders are subject to review. On occasion this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
Gift Wrapping Option
We currently don't provide gift wrapping service but we are working on it! Thanks for your consideration and we are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
All orders ship out within 1-2 business days of ordering. If your order is placed over the weekend or on a holiday it will not be processed until the following business day. Once your order has been shipped you will be notified via email with a tracking link.

All international orders will be shipped out within 4 business days. It might take 7 - 21 business days to be delivered. You can choose whether you would like to prepay the duties and taxes at checkout. If you don't choose duties and taxed prepaid, there will be extra duties bill to you from the custom of the destination country.
State Cashmere only accepts returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged (except for defective products) with original hang tags and packaging.
You can start the return HERE by selecting the unwanted items and the reasons for return. Once your return is approved, you would get an email notification with the prepaid shipping label.
Please note that a $8 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund if you choose to receive the refund through the original payment method. Or you could get a Full Refund if you would like to get refund by store credit. All the extra fees for Expedited shipping or Priority shipping is non- refundable.
After we receive the returned items, please allow up to 2 weeks to process the refund.

For now, all international orders are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Currently, we only offer exchanges for defective items. We highly recommend you choose to get refund by store credit and place a new order for the items you want to exchange for. If you have special needs for exchanges, please contact our customer service team firstname.lastname@example.org.
